Victory Transportation Systems was founded in 2003 in Houston, Texas with four employees and ten owner operators. The company’s goal was to become one of Houston’s leading trucking companies. On September 2, 2003, Owner Operator, Anthony Cooper, performed Victory’s first delivery, and we are proud to say that Anthony Cooper is still a part of The Victory Group of Companies.
With a systematic plan to meet and exceed our goals, the company has seen continual growth. Victory has been selected for the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America three times and the Houston Business Journal’s Fast 100 twice. Victory’s culture has also been recognized by the Houston Business Journal’s Best Places to Work twice and Houston’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For.
