Victory Transportation Systems was founded in 2003 in Houston, Texas with four employees and ten owner operators. The company’s goal was to become one of Houston’s leading trucking companies. On September 2, 2003, Owner Operator, Anthony Cooper, performed Victory’s first delivery, and we are proud to say that Anthony Cooper is still a part of our proud Victory team.
